Skills & Abilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and amendments for the TASMU Platform.
- Ensure contracts comply with government regulations, TASMU policies, and governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and PMO teams to align contractual terms with project objectives.
- Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, extensions, modifications, and closures.
- Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks.
- Maintain a central repository of contracts with proper documentation and version control.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on contractual obligations, rights, and limitations.
- Support tender processes, vendor selection, and procurement alignment as needed.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure vendors meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare reports and dashboards on contract status, key risks, and compliance for senior leadership.
Potential Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or related field.
- Relevant years of experience in contracts, procurement, or commercial management, preferably in government, large programs, or digital platforms.
- Professional certification in Contract Management (CPCM, IACCM) or Legal/Procurement is desirable.
- Knowledge of government procurement regulations, vendor management, and contract law.
- Experience managing multi-party contracts with technology vendors and service providers.
