Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Architectural technology, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural/ interior design CAD drafting
- Proficiency in industry standard CAD software (3D max, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams and clients
- Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into precise technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices (is a plus)
- Experience working in high-end residential or recreational projects (is a plus)
