We have an immediate requirement for Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
· Position: Cloud DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
· Location: 100% onsite in Qatar (annual contract)
· Min experience: 5 years of core experience as Cloud DevOps Engineer
· Strong knowledge in VMware Cloud Environment preferably in azure VMware service.
· Advanced hands-on experience with cloud deployments including green field, cloud migration, hybrid and multi-cloud deployments
· Deep understanding in Kubernetes, Helm charts, GitOps
· Experience with public cloud provides. Microsoft Azure is preferred. GCP and AWS is a plus
· Experience in Azure Cloud Platform foundational products (AKS, ARO, Azure Databases, Virtual Networks, Function App, App Service, etc.)
· Experience working with or building CI/CD pipelines on Azure Devops
· Experience with infrastructure provisioning or configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or similar.
· Experience reading scripts in Bash, Shell, or similar languages.
· Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
· Experience with monitoring tools such as Instana, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or equivalent.
· Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
· Flexible and resilient team player with strong interpersonal skills taking initiative to drive things forward independently.
· Ready to work during off peak hours, on-call support over weekends and under pressure
