Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Required)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably in high-end residential or recreational sector
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building codes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities eƯectively
- Proficient in construction management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Additional Skills (desirable)
- Experience working in VVIP construction projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience in cost estimating and budgeting
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
