Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the high-end residential or
recreational construction sector - Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (or equivalent) and their application in construction
projects - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (CCS, QTO) and MS Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work eƯectively with a diverse
range of stakeholders - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
