Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field (Required)
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and cost control, preferably in high-end residential or recreational sector - Proven experience in developing and maintaining project schedules using scheduling software
- Strong understanding of construction cost estimating principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal with the ability to collaborate eƯectively with various
- stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with cost estimating software (RSMeans, CostX) is a plus
