Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field (Required)
- Minimum 20 years of experience in managing complex construction projects , preferably in highend residential or recreational sector
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
standards. - Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
Additional Skills (desirable)
- Experience working in VVIP construction projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Experience in cost estimating and budgeting
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
