How to delete your data

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok account to Tridy Connect, or if Tridy holds your personal data from our training or recruitment services, you can have it removed in either of two ways.

Option 1: Remove the app inside the platform

On Facebook, go to Settings, then Business Integrations, find Tridy Connect, and click Remove. On LinkedIn and TikTok, remove Tridy Connect from the list of connected apps in your account settings.

Option 2: Email us

Send a message to privacy@tridy.qa with the subject “Data deletion request.” State your full name, the email address linked to your account, and which platform or service the request concerns.

We delete the stored access tokens and the personal data we hold for you within 30 days, and we confirm by email once it is done. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are retained only for the legal period.
