These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by TRIDY Consultancy & Training Services. By accessing our website, engaging our services, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services provided by TRIDY Consultancy & Training Services ("TRIDY", "we", "us", "our"). By using this website, enrolling in a course, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
TRIDY Consultancy & Training Services is a company registered in the State of Qatar, located at Al Difaaf Street, Al Qamra Holding, 2nd Floor, Office 06, Doha, Qatar.
We provide two categories of service:
Training and certification, including professional courses and accredited programs.
HR services, including recruitment, HR outsourcing, and HR consulting.
Learner: An individual enrolled in a TRIDY course or training program.
Client: An individual or organization engaging our HR or consulting services.
Services: Any training, certification, recruitment, outsourcing, or consulting service we provide.
Agreement: The applicable enrollment form, proposal, or service agreement together with these Terms.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use its content in any way not permitted by these Terms. We may update, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website without notice.
4.1 Training Services: Enrollment in a course is confirmed only after receipt and verification of the required payment. Submission of a registration or application form does not by itself constitute confirmed enrollment. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis. Specific enrollment terms, payment structures, and course policies are set out in the Enrollment Agreement provided at registration.
4.2 HR Services: HR and consulting engagements are governed by a separate proposal or service agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines for each engagement. These Terms apply to all such engagements in addition to the specific agreement. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement prevails for that engagement.
All fees are quoted in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms for training are set out in the Enrollment Agreement. Payment terms for HR services are set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Access to services, certification, and deliverables may be withheld where payment obligations are not met in full. Online payments made through this website are processed by our third-party payment provider, and by completing a payment you agree to that provider's terms as well as ours.
Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawals are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before making any payment.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when enrolling or engaging our Services, and to update us of any changes. For HR engagements, the Client is responsible for providing timely access to information, personnel, and approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the Services. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided to us are not our responsibility.
We deliver our Services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. For training, this includes examination results, certification results, employment, or promotion. For HR and recruitment services, this includes the performance, retention, or suitability of any candidate, or any particular business result. Any specific guarantees, such as candidate replacement terms, apply only where they are expressly stated in a signed service agreement.
All content on this website, and all course materials, frameworks, templates, and deliverables produced by TRIDY, are the property of TRIDY or its licensors. You may not copy, record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any such material without our prior written consent. Deliverables prepared for a Client under an HR or consulting engagement are licensed to that Client for their internal use, with ownership addressed in the applicable service agreement.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in the course of an engagement, and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, or required to be disclosed by law or a competent authority.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Qatar regulations. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for academic, administrative, certification, regulatory, and communication purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may adjust schedules, instructors, venues, or delivery formats where operationally required, and will provide reasonable advance notice where possible. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, governmental decisions, emergencies, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Where a course is postponed by TRIDY, fees already paid may be transferred to a future intake.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or in connection with any Service is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for that Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We may suspend or terminate access to a Service where these Terms or an applicable Agreement are breached, including for non-payment or misconduct. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund, except as required by law or expressly stated in the applicable Agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services.
These Terms may be provided in English and Arabic. In case of any discrepancy between the two versions, the English version prevails.
