At TRIDY Consultancy & Training Services, we are committed to transparency in all our enrollment and payment terms. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and withdrawals apply. Because TRIDY provides training and instructional services rather than physical products, "returns" in this policy refer to course cancellations and withdrawals.
A non-refundable admission deposit equal to 10% of the total course fee is required to reserve your seat. This deposit covers administrative processing, student profile setup, licensing coordination, and seat reservation.
The admission deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal, schedule conflicts, visa issues, medical reasons, or non-attendance.
Tuition fees are non-refundable once a course has commenced. A course is considered commenced once administrative processing, seat reservation, or instructional delivery has begun.
No partial refunds or credits are issued for missed sessions or incomplete attendance.
Withdrawal after enrollment does not entitle the learner to a refund of the admission deposit. Non-attendance without prior written notice (No-Show) results in automatic forfeiture of the seat and admission deposit.
Sessions missed due to suspension for late or non-payment are treated as absences and are not refunded or rescheduled. Prolonged non-payment may result in administrative withdrawal without refund of fees paid.
If a course is postponed by TRIDY, fees already paid may be transferred to a future intake.
Termination resulting from a breach of the Student Code of Conduct does not entitle the learner to a refund.
