Tridy Consultancy and Training Services W.L.L. (“Tridy,” “we,” “us”) operates the Tridy website and the Tridy Connect platform from Doha, Qatar. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect
Staff sign in to Tridy Connect with their Microsoft 365 work account, and we store their name, work email, and role. When a staff member connects a social media page, we receive from Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, or Google the page name, follower counts, posts, comments, messages, and performance insights for the pages that person administers. We also hold business contact details of clients, trainees, and job candidates that Tridy collects through its training and HR services.
How we use it
We use this data to publish and schedule posts, answer messages and comments, report on performance, run training batches, and manage recruitment. We don’t sell personal data. We don’t use data from connected platforms to build advertising profiles or to train external AI models.
Access tokens
The tokens that let Tridy Connect reach a connected page are stored encrypted. Only authorized Tridy staff can use them. Disconnecting an account in Tridy Connect deletes its token.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that host or run our systems, and with authorities where the law requires it. Data may be processed on servers outside Qatar. We apply safeguards consistent with Qatar’s Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.
Retention and your rights
We keep data only as long as a business purpose or a legal duty requires. You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@tridy.qa. We reply within 30 days.
